We are here for employers as an expert resource and support our clients in workplace health issues. The work is done in close collaboration with the client but also in cooperation with other professionals (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, case managers, etc.) in the unit.
Current position: Permanent employment, 80-100% for our operations in Örebro & Karlskoga. You will be part of our team of about 15 people in various roles (doctor, psychologist, behavioral scientist, nurse, physiotherapist, ergonomist, organizational consultant, and occupational safety engineer). The organization is characterized by an inter-collegial spirit and a sense of togetherness where we collaborate across professional categories.
As a Licensed Psychologist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with:
- Individual sessions for preventive or remedial purposes (both physically and digitally)
- Group supervision
- Advising managers and organizations
- Training and lecture initiatives
- Work ability assessments
- Crisis support and conflict management
We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist with:
- Experience in individual sessions
- CBT competence/experience
- Interest in work life, health, and the connection between them
- Experience and/or interest in group assignments, supervision, and training
- Comfort and interest in digital delivery and digital tools
- Collaborative skills and a preference for working transprofessionally
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious are:
- Experience in occupational health care
- Previous work with work ability assessments
- Experience in working with harmful use
- Interest/experience in working with NPF in the workplace
- Experience in work-oriented rehabilitation
- Experience and interest in assignments within organization and leadership.

Other:
- Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Working degree and start date according to agreement
- The position involves travel to units and clients in the local area based on the needs of the organization, which means you must have a B driver's license and access to your own car
